This is a picture of the Chauvin kids when they were young. Marcia’s husband Anton 'Tony' is the youngest. His brother Tom hadn't been born yet. This was taken in Grosse Pointe or Royal Oaks, Michigan. Betty is the oldest.
Ralph Charles Chauvin (born in 1893 and would have been 26 in this picture) and Emma Belle Vogt Chauvin (born in 1901 and would have been 18). Emma was born on the 4th of July, hence her middle name 'Belle'. This picture was taken on their wedding day or shortly thereafter.
